Custom Fire Helmet Shields Built to Outlast Leather
Leather helmet shields have been around forever, and there's nothing wrong with tradition. But leather wears out. It curls, cracks, fades, and eventually needs to be replaced.
Metal doesn't.
Our shields are built to take the heat, the water, and everything else that comes with the job while staying readable and looking good. We have examples of thousands of shields out there that do exactly what they were designed to do.
Then there's the wait.
A custom leather shield can take weeks to arrive. Our custom metal shields usually ship within one business day. You get the same level of customization without spending the next month or two wondering when it'll show up.
The best part is that most people don't replace one of our shields because it wore out. They replace it because they got promoted, changed positions, or wanted to update their helmet. We'd much rather sell you a new shield for a new chapter than because the old one failed.

FAQs
Standard singles start at $52. If you add Gold leaf/ Silver leaf in the builder it will add $50 = $102. Complex backgrounds and glow-in-dark add $25 making the final price $77.
10+ shields = $10 off each shield. They do not need to be the same design, shape or style.
Traditional shields are available in 5.5", 6", 6.25", and 6.5". Grab your helmet. Measure from the brim to the inside of the holder and choose a shape in that size.

Yes! You can design anything you want including uploading your department's logo. Easily upload it through the builder or send us a message and we'll build your shield for you at no additional charge.
You heard right. Just wipe it down with a melamine foam sponge and you're good to go. Metal doesn't hold onto the soot the same way leather does.
