By enrolling in or using the TinBucks Loyalty Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Participation is optional. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use TinBucks.

1. Program Overview

TinBucks is a customer loyalty program operated by Taylor’s Tins. TinBucks are promotional rewards and have no cash value. They are not legal tender, gift cards, or stored monetary value.

Taylor’s Tins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

2. Earning TinBucks

TinBucks are earned on eligible retail purchases, as determined by Taylor’s Tins.

• TinBucks are calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated.
• For sale items, TinBucks are earned based on the sale price, not the original or pre-sale price.
• TinBucks may be earned on orders that include discounts, coupons, promotions, or sale pricing, subject to eligibility rules in effect at the time of purchase.
• TinBucks are not earned on:
  Vendor, wholesale, dealer, distributor, or resale orders placed at discounted vendor pricingGift card purchases

Earning rates, caps, and eligibility may vary by promotion, order type, or timeframe. Taylor’s Tins reserves the right to adjust earning rates, caps, and eligibility at any time.

3. Redeeming TinBucks

• TinBucks may be redeemed on eligible purchases, as determined by Taylor’s Tins.
• In some cases, TinBucks may be permitted for use alongside discounts, coupons, or promotions; however, this is not guaranteed and is allowed only at Taylor’s Tins’ discretion.
• Eligibility for combined use may vary by product, promotion, order type, or timeframe.
• TinBucks must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
• TinBucks may not be transferred, sold, gifted, shared, or applied to another customer’s order.

If an order is refunded, returned, or canceled, any TinBucks earned or redeemed in connection with that order may be adjusted or revoked.

Taylor’s Tins reserves the right to limit or deny TinBucks redemption on any order for any reason.

4. Forgotten, Unused, or Missed TinBucks

• Customers are solely responsible for tracking and using their TinBucks before checkout and before expiration.
• If TinBucks are not applied at checkout, they cannot be applied later.
• Taylor’s Tins has no control over customer checkout decisions and is not responsible for forgotten or unused rewards.
• Forgotten, unused, or expired TinBucks will not be reinstated.

No exceptions will be made for user error.

5. Expiration Policy

• TinBucks expire 3 months after issuance.
• Expired TinBucks are permanently forfeited.
• No extensions, grace periods, reinstatements, or exceptions will be provided.

Taylor’s Tins is not responsible for unused or expired rewards.

6. Gift Cards & TinBucks

• TinBucks are not earned when purchasing gift cards.
• TinBucks are earned when spending gift cards on eligible purchases, based on the amount applied to the order.
• TinBucks earned from gift card redemption follow the same earning, expiration, and redemption rules as all other TinBucks.

7. No Cash Value

TinBucks:

• Have no cash value
• Are not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be exchanged for gift cards
• Cannot be used to pay taxes, shipping, or fees unless explicitly stated

TinBucks are promotional rewards and do not constitute property, stored value, or credit.

8. Account Misuse & Abuse

Taylor’s Tins reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke TinBucks, or cancel orders if, at our sole discretion, we determine a customer has:

• Attempted to game or exploit the Program
• Created multiple accounts
• Abused promotions or redemption rules
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior

All decisions regarding misuse are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Program Changes & Termination

Taylor’s Tins may modify or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to:

• Earning rates
• Redemption rules
• Expiration timelines
• Eligibility requirements

If the Program is terminated, any unused TinBucks may be forfeited without compensation or replacement.

10. Errors & Adjustments

Taylor’s Tins is not responsible for system errors, display issues, or third-party app failures.

We reserve the right to correct errors and adjust TinBucks balances at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Program is at your own risk. Taylor’s Tins is not liable for:

• Lost, expired, or unused rewards
• Technical interruptions or failures
• Program suspension or termination
• Third-party service outages or errors

12. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using TinBucks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
