“Fire Wife Life Inc." emerged from a shared moment of inspiration, a powerful conversation among a group of women who intimately understand the complexities of life as spouses of firefighters. It was on a balcony overlooking the ocean that the idea took root—a vision that transcended casual musings and ignited a collective determination to create something meaningful.

In the unique and demanding world of Fire Wife Life Inc., each day brings its own set of challenges. From the constant worry during shifts and late-night calls to the struggles of being a single parent in their absence, it's a life filled with unique stressors. Factor in the competition for attention with the fire department, concerns of PTSD and mental health issues affecting both spouses (and the family), and the weight of this lifestyle becomes palpable.

"Fire Wife Life Inc.” is not just a concept, it's a dream transformed into a mission. This initiative aspires to build a national community that serves as a pillar of support, uplifting each other in diverse and plentiful ways. The vision encompasses hands-on programs and retreats, fostering online conversations that bridge distances, wife-to-wife support that forms a robust network, resource provision for navigating the challenges, and traveling the country to lead real and issue-based conversations for spouses, couples, families, fire departments and fire conventions.

The goal is clear—to create a sanctuary where the shared experiences of spouses are acknowledged, understood, and met with unwavering support. By uniting under the banner of "Fire Wife Life Inc" the organization is striving to bring about positive change, while making a lasting impact on the lives of those who navigate the unique journey of being a firefighter's spouse. Welcome to a community where understanding is deep, bonds are strong, and support is unconditional.

SARAH’S  STORY

One of our tribe members and her family need our support.  Sarah Hall has been a part of our Fire Wife Life family since our inception, and for the past 3 years she has helped to establish and lead our Book Club.  Sarah leads Yoga for First Responders in Missouri, and as a cancer survivor she is the Vice President of a non-profit to guide and support other women through diagnosis and treatment.

Sarah has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, which has spread to other areas, including her liver.  We are working diligently to provide funds for the family, as Sarah’s journey will be both arduous and expensive.  Working hand in hand with other fire organizations across the country, we hope to provide both aid and comfort to the Hall family.

Sarah’s charitable spirit does not stop with her alone.  As the President of St. Charles Firefighters Outreach, Eric Hall and his Sarah, have become pivotal to the both the Fire Department, and its Outreach. Sarah has supported Eric through the countless extra events, golf tournaments, wheelchair ramp installs, & whatever else he gets into. These two have shown an outpouring of love to their community that cannot be matched, all of this while raising two beautiful young girls, Piper, and Henley. With all that being said, it’s time that we all ask for love and support for the Hall family.
